For the general public to apply for jobs online.
Time Clock
For people who have been hired as temporary employees to record their work time in and out through the system.
Back Office
For the HR department Accounting department or related departments within the company to manage.
Application System
It’s a platform for individuals looking to apply for temporary jobs to register online. Applicants can fill in their personal information, upload a photo of their ID card, and choose the branch and time slot that suits them for work through the online system. The company can publish agreements and privacy policies for applicants to consent to the collection of their personal data.
Time Clock System
The Time Clock system is designed for recording employees clock-in and clock-out times. It captures a photo every time an employee records their working hours, serving as verification of their attendance.
Back Office
The system for assisting in the management of employee recruitment allows viewing of job application information and temporary employee data. It also includes wage calculation features and the ability to set conditions for holidays and wage rates for each branch, which are used in calculating employee wages. Additionally, new branches can be added, and various reports can be generated. The system consists of the following menus.
